Usage

1. Prepare with deionized water, using a concentration of 0.5-1 ¡ë for flocculation, and the preparation temperature should not exceed 50 ¡æ

2. Add water to the dissolution tank, start the mixer, slowly sprinkle sodium polyacrylate, and continue stirring until the powder is completely dissolved.

3. Stirring usually takes 1 hour to completely dissolve, and insufficient mixing or agglomeration of the powder can affect its performance, even causing sedimentation, blockage of pipelines, and dosing pumps.

4. The stirring speed should not be too fast, otherwise it will damage the molecular chains of sodium polyacrylate. To avoid reducing molecular weight during solution delivery, avoid using centrifugal pumps and gear pumps.

5. The dosage is determined based on different uses, and the optimal dosage is obtained through small trials.
